How do I download... [XYZ]?

Most of the documents on the site can be downloaded either in Microsoft Office or Adobe Reader (PDF).  To download any of the documents or resources, select the hyperlink or the down arrow icon if present.

Depending on your browser and download settings, it may open a second tab rather than downloading immediately.  On this new tab, there will be a download option in the top right of the page.

Here are some additional tips:

• To open a PowerPoint, Excel or Word document, please ensure that you have the most recent version of Microsoft Office installed on your device.
