How do I submit a deal review?

1. Log into your account
2. On the homepage, please click on “Support” > “Student Support”
3. From there, please click on “Deal Review”:
   
   
4. This will direct you to the Deal Review page to review the guidelines and submit your deal.
5. Guidelines:
• Clearly define your exit strategy
• List what type of deal it is (buy and hold, rehab, wholesale, commercial, etc.)
• Make sure you are clear on what the “As is” Value and ARV (after repair value) are!
• Make sure you have accurately estimated repairs
• Have supporting evidence of the value!
• Uploaded documents must be in a format that we can manipulate in order to adjust numbers for potential feedback. Please, no PDF files.
