How do I switch the primary account member?

To switch the Primary account member:

  • The current Primary account member will need to send an email to verifying that they would like to have the partner on the account swapped to be made the current Primary.
  • You will receive an email to confirm that the changes have been made.

Please note that once the partner has been swapped to the Primary, only they will have access to booking coaching calls within the coaching calendar.  Additionally, any further account changes, including another Primary switch or adding new partners will need to be approved by them.
