Why does it say “Inactive Feature Request”?

We’ve found that others have experienced Inactive Feature Request due to the following:

  1. We are experiencing a technical challenge on our end and would need to take a look into your account to manually update it.
  2. Access to certain features have expired on your account such as coaching, live webinars or live events.
  3. Access to your account has fully expired depending on your program access.
  4. This is not a feature of the program that is included in your package.
