We’ve found that others have experienced Inactive Feature Request due to the following:
- We are experiencing a technical challenge on our end and would need to take a look into your account to manually update it.
- Access to certain features have expired on your account such as coaching, live webinars or live events.
- Access to your account has fully expired depending on your program access.
- This is not a feature of the program that is included in your package.
