What is the difference between a manager and member?

A Manager is like the manager of a department store, they may manage the day to day activities, but don't necessarily own the store. A Member is an owner. A Managing Member not only owns, but manages as well. We usually recommend that you list yourself as a Manager in order to keep your ownership interests private.
